Southwest Virtual Airlines ("SVA") is a non-profit, hobbyist virtual airline operating entirely within flight simulation software. SVA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Southwest Airlines Co., its subsidiaries, or any of its affiliates in any way.

The use of the Southwest Airlines name, branding elements, and livery within the context of flight simulation is for hobby and entertainment purposes only. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced herein are the property of their respective owners.

SVA exists solely to enhance the flight simulation experience for its members. We are a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that provides tools, training, and community for flight simulation enthusiasts at no cost. We do not generate revenue, sell products, or provide real-world aviation services of any kind.

Southwest Virtual Airlines is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its members. We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our virtual airline and provide services to our pilots.

Data we collect: Name, email address, VATSIM ID, flight records (PIREPs), and training progress. This data is used exclusively for SVA operations and is never sold or shared with third parties.
